The location is fantastic, with a comfortable bed and amazing water pressure. Plus, the wide hallways made moving around easy.
There were unexpected noises throughout the night. A refrigerator would have been a welcome addition too.

Virtual check-in is impersonal!!! Thermostat issues at night were inconvenient!!! Hallway windows left open without screens created discomfort!!! Replacing the ripped, stained seating would enhance the overall feel!!!

The service was friendly and the food was good! Really enjoyed staying at the recently renovated and reasonably large room with 2 beds. The staff was superfriendly & pleasant. The hotel was in a good position just next door to Restaurants and Stores as well as Indianapolis in 1984.
Not very clean bathroom and Wi-Fi was pretty slow.
